Can I try the StairGlide NY products before I buy it?
Yes. We can arrange for you to try our units at our showroom at your convenience.
Will Medicare pay for a stairlift?
Medicare does not presently cover stairlifts. Unfortunately, they do not consider a stairlift a medical necessity.
Will my stairlift work when the power is out?
Yes, your stairlift is equipped with its own power source. And will work up to 20 – 30 cycles. A cycle is 1 – up and 1- down.
Approximately 1.5 – 2.5 hours.
Your stairlift has a lifetime warranty on the motor and gearbox, lifetime warranty on the rail system, and one year warranty on all other components.
Yes, TK Witaker can very easily remove and reinstall the stairlift at your new home at a reasonable fee!
